After extensive planning, hard work and team cooperation, we are very excited to welcome a brand new Rundu branch to our family. The grand opening was held on the 25th of March 2021. The 1250m² shop with over 2,000 additional products, 4000m² yard and 65 parking bays, provides a completely new shopping experience to our valued Megabuild customers. An integral part of growth for Pupkewitz Megabuild is to be responsive to an ever-changing market, changing customers’ needs and create a better future for Namibians.
A part of the economic investment, our company is committed to environmental sustainability. The new building has not only been built with the environment in mind but is our greenest shop yet! We have achieved this through the implementation of water-saving and recycling processes as well as installing solar energy.
Rundu is our greenest shop with 1250m² floor space with over 2,000 additional products, 4000m² yard space and 65 parking bays.
With the new building for the Rundu branch, we promise to make shopping as convenient as possible. Increased parking bays offer customers a one-stop solution with an extended product range in the bigger shop. The easy flowing access of the yard promises their customers quicker and efficient loading. Additionally, our staff is highly motivated in their new modern work environment to work with our customers and help complete their projects.
Despite the difficult economic times, we as a company continue to invest in the upliftment and development of our employees. The focus now, more than ever is creating equal opportunities for our employees, leveraging their strengths to have an empowered and productive workforce. Our commitment towards growing talent from within the Group also goes towards supporting the Government in making sure that required skills are developed in the country.
